Annual Neighborhood HOA Meeting
The 2024 annual meeting was on September 24th.
Please plan to attend each year, if possible, as the Covenants require a quorum for the HOA to be able to conduct necessary business. There are fun door prize drawings, an election to fill vacancies on the board, and some other annually required business.
Monthly HOA Board Meetings
The board meets the 4th Sunday of each month. The first 15 minutes are open to the community. Please check the Facebook page for more information on monthly meetings.

Planned Storage Facility Near Castlerock
A developer rezoned a property adjacent to many Castlerock homes to build a self-storage facility. There are 20 Castlerock properties that back up directly to the planned storage facility location, and 61 properties that are within a 350 ft radius.
